Nuflow Top End was engaged to rehabilitate two aging corrugated steel stormwater pipes under a roadway near the RAAF Base Winnellie Golf Course. The sensitive site, with live underground cabling, required a non-invasive solution to ensure structural integrity without the risk of excavation.
The Challenge
The stormwater infrastructure had deteriorated over time, with two 15-meter-long corrugated steel pipes requiring immediate attention. The location presented additional complexities:
- Sensitive underground cabling prohibited excavation and traditional pipe replacement.

The Solution
Nuflow Top End successfully rehabilitated the stormwater pipes by:
- Installing two 450mm x 15m liners to reinforce and restore the integrity of the pipes.
